What if we want to leave Detroit?

You are welcome to do so! We include unlimited stops and miles in our price, so as long as you are back within your contracted time, you will not have to pay extra. If your pick up or drop off location is outside of our local service area, you may have to pay a fuel surcharge. If this applies to you, you will be notified when you are given a quote. How do I know if the vehicle I'm interested in is available?

Call or email us! We have booking specialists standing by 24 hours a day to take your call. They are able to use our sophisticated booking system to look up our schedule for any vehicle on any day in just a matter of seconds! If you don't already have one in mind, they will help you determine what vehicle is right for you, give you a quote, and set you up with a reservation when you are ready. The whole process only takes a few minutes!

Do you charge an overage fee?

If you go past your contracted time, you will need to pay the difference at the end of the night. However, we do not charge any exorbitant fees like many other companies. We simply continue the rate that you had already been paying. Furthermore, we prorate it into quarter hours. This way, you do not have to pay for a full extra hour if you do not go a full hour past your drop off time. You can't get better than that!

Are the bars on the vehicles stocked?

No. We are not able to provide drinks for you, but you are more than welcome to bring them on yourself! We do include ice, cups, and paper towels for your convenience.

Is smoking allowed on the vehicles?

Unfortunately, we do not allow any smoking in our vehicles. We have found that this policy helps us avoid burn holes in seats, ashes, and a smell that might be unpleasant for some of our passengers. We understand that smokers will probably need breaks, so we include unlimited stops at no extra charge. Just let the driver know if you need a break, and he will stop as soon as he sees a safe opportunity to do so.

Can I cancel if plans change?

Unfortunately you are not able to cancel at any time. Whether you show up for your reservation or not, you are required to pay.

What are your office hours?

We are open and available to answer your phone calls and emails, everyday, all day.

Can children come in the vehicles?

They sure can! If there are those who are under 21 years old, there cannot be any alcohol on board.

Can I see your state and insurance paperwork?

Yes you can! We do not have anything to hide. If you wish to see them, then feel free to ask!

Can we go to Canada?

Unfortunately, no. You have to stay in the state of Michigan. You can go anywhere in Michigan if you wish. A fuel surcharge may be added onto the total price you have to pay.
